The Katy, located in the Downtown Dallas neighborhood of Victory Park, has been selected as the best real estate website within 14,000 pieces of work from 70 countries. The Katy was developed by Genesis Real Estate Group owner and founder Gordon Ip. The highly acclaimed community is currently the tallest Genesis multifamily development with 30 stories and 463 units. It features innovative interior designs by Jaynelle Ip of JTI Interiors Inc.
Previous winners and honorees in this categroy include Zillow, Target and Fidelity International.

We gathered inspiration for this project from the carefully curated art selections and community atmosphere that is unique to The Katy.
Our goal for the website was to extend that sense of community by taking visitors on a journey through life at The Katy. One of the elements we loved most about this site is the use of individual amenity pages which gave us a chance to showcase the fun activities like pet portrait sessions and the monthly resident book club.
By leveraging our team's expertise in multifamily website functionality we were able to build a site with integrated availability, ada compliance and a sleek CMS for future updates and maintenance.
