One of my favorite things about working at Spherexx is I really get the chance to work one-on-one with a lot of clients, not only that but every day I am presented with a new challenge. When I was hired I was unsure of how I could be an employee (not a contractor) but receive hourly pay. But, it's great. When I was hired at Spherexx they told me that they do not have salaried positions because it's not fair to the employee to work over 40 hours and not get paid. Now that I've been here a year, I can say that the work/life balance the company talks about is REAL and if I do work any overtime (which is rare), then I'm paid time and a half. It's like they care that I'm taking time away from my life outside of the office for any overtime and I am paid accordingly. It actually works really well to be an hourly paid employee.
