When I was hired I was unsure of how I could be an employee (not a contractor) but receive hourly pay. But, it's great. When I was hired at Spherexx they told me that they do not have salaried positions because it's not fair to the employee to work over 40 hours and not get paid. Now that I've been here a year, I can say that the work/life balance the company talks about is REAL and if I do work any overtime (which is rare), then I'm paid time and a half. It's like they care that I'm taking time away from my life outside of the office for any overtime and I am paid accordingly. It actually works really well to be an hourly paid employee.

2000 Spherexx Founded

Spherexx leads as one of the first multifamily focused web development companies in the US.

2003 Website Content Management

Spherexx creates its first content management system to allowing website owners to make basic edits to their live website.

2006 I Love Leasing Software

This lead management product was developed to organize leads into one dashboard and provide simple ILS and accounting software integrations.

2007 Touchscreen Kiosks

Our first leasing kiosks are rolled out providing a built-in content management system as well as live pricing and availability. The kiosks capture traffic on the spot and allow self-guided tours when agents are busy.

2007 Ultimate Floor Plans

An Interactive floor plan module was created for websites to allow visitors to arrange furniture "to scale" inside each room of the floor plan.

2008 Market Survey Tools Software

Market Survey Software was developed to analyze competitor pricing & concession data replacing the need for traditional spreadsheet schedules.

2009 Interactive Site Plans

We created an interactive site plan module for websites allowing visitors to drill into a building or floor on a high rise to find available units and see proximity to amenities, parking and views.

2009 EmailKast

Email-based mass broadcasting for prospects made available for I Love Leasing Customers.

2010 Sweetspot Dashboard

Spherexx begins offering clients a single sign-on dashboard with password locker for all software used at the onsite or corporate level.

2011 Adkast Syndication Software

Adkast software was developed to automatically update online advertising sources plus override pricing and set loss leader units outside of your accounting program.

2012 Inspect Software

Inspect mobile software was created to allow due diligence, REAC, construction punch, safety, scheduled maintenance, and move-in/move-out condition inspections on location right from the users phone or tablet.

2012 Help Desk Software

Help Desk was designed as a central dashboard for in house customer support teams to manage support tickets. The software also provided complied reporting for common issues, cost to solve, time to resolve and more.

2013 Rent Push Software

Spherexx developed Rent Push as a science-based revenue management optimization software. The software included popular features like renovation management and proforma builder.

2014 Apartment Commission Tracking

This time saving software was developed to help managers easily track commissions and change offers to see what works best.

2015 Leasing Book Mobile App

Leasing Book point of sale tablet app was developed to help leasing agents show available units on the spot.

2018 Self-Scheduling Website Widget

We created a widget that could be added to any website allowing visitors to schedule a tour synchronizing it with the agent's available time slots each day.

2018 Document Management Software

This online form builder was developed to recreate and enhance leasing documents allowing digital signatures and a streamlined all digital workflow.

2019 Spherexx Connect

MessageKast is upgraded and rebranded as Connect providing email and text mass broadcasting, a/b testing, template builder and list management.

2019 Learning Management System

The online learning management system was developed as a central hub to store training resources, track employee training and performance, and offer compliance testing across all levels of a company.

2019 Inline Website Editor

The latest version of our website editor includes more client functionality around ADA compliance, design element changes, sectional management, pre-publish previews and more.

2020 Human or Bot Managed Chat

Our new chat hybrid can be added to any website to answer common pre-programmed questions. Agents can step in at anytime to take over a conversation.

2021 Project Next Gen

On our roadmap for future launches, Project Next Gen will combine full control website editing with enhanced feed managers for pricing and inventory control along with a CRM and full marketing services suite.
