The improvements have evolved the backrooms of Spherexx websites into a masterpiece of ingenuity whereby nonproficient users can manage website content like a pro without writing a single line of code.
Floor plans are historically the most visited area on multifamily websites. Spherexx’s website management system is designed to maintain maximum floor plan presentation. Users can feature a chosen floor plan or unit in the website template or custom design. High or low price can be presented along with maximum hold days and future availability. The number of available units shown is editable in the accounting feed. A “’Call for Pricing’ or ‘Call for Availability’” label is optional within the pricing feed.
Our CMS provides deep leasing integrations with property management systems.
Users can also add custom floor plan tabs that draw attention to special features, like fireplace, lakeview, pricing special or upgrades available in the content platform that do not require changes to the accounting feed.
One of the favorite functions offered through the content system management is the ability to create attractive landing pages that support pay per click, dynamic number insert, or target marketing campaigns. Realtime activity is tracked by GA4 analytics. Users can update content on the fly, accessing the content repository if desired, using color changes, font changes and WYSIWYG tools to see a preview of the change before publishing with the Spherexx CMS inline editor, in both desktop and mobile views. No plugin management updates, or versioning is necessary, as typically with other content platforms.
CMS is powered with editing functionality to gain search engine optimization by using alt tags for images, creating seo tags, and adding photo descriptions. It also creates and manages URL redirects, QR codes and UTMs. Custom Spherexx CMS systems will provide reporting for third-party integrations. Heat mapping and logging are available whereby the most visited areas on the webpage are mapped and subsequently reported for activity.
Spherexx CMS provides permission-based access and user event logging with identified user changes made in the system.
