One of my favorite things about working at Spherexx is I really get the chance to work one-on-one with a lot of clients, not only that but every day I am presented with a new challenge. I am never bored, I always have something to keep me motivated. Spherexx really invests in their employees, they care a lot about everybody as individual people and the company as a whole.
When I was hired I was unsure of how I could be an employee (not a contractor) but receive hourly pay. But, it's great. When I was hired at Spherexx they told me that they do not have salaried positions because it's not fair to the employee to work over 40 hours and not get paid. Now that I've been here a year, I can say that the work/life balance the company talks about is REAL and if I do work any overtime (which is rare), then I'm paid time and a half. It's like they care that I'm taking time away from my life outside of the office for any overtime and I am paid accordingly. It actually works really well to be an hourly paid employee.

Spherexx creates its first content management system allowing website owners to easily make basic edits to their website. Users were able to maintain information including office hours, photos, and floor plan pricing.
This CRM software was developed to help multifamily leasing teams organize, track, and manage their leads through a centralized dashboard.
Our first leasing kiosks rolled out! These kiosks captured traffic on the spot and provided property information when agents were busy. Each kiosk came with a built-in content management system as well as a live pricing and availability.
Market Survey Tools was developed to help multifamily teams gain insight on market trends replacing the need for traditional spreadsheet schedules.
EmailKast, our mass broadcasting platform, was developed to allow leasing teams to email and follow-up with prospects using a catalog of professional, pre-designed templates.
Spherexx began offering clients a single sign-on dashboard with password locker for all software used at the onsite or corporate level.
Spherexx AdKast was developed to help users automatically update all their online ad sources. Unique features included the ability to set pricing overrides and loss leader units outside of the user's accounting program.
The Spherexx Inspect app was built to allow on-location inspections right from the users phone or tablet. It assists users with many types of inspections including due diligence, REAC, construction punch, scheduled maintenance, and move-in/move-out.
In 2013, Spherexx developed Rent Push asset management software. This software was designed to stabilize asset value, determine leasing strategies, and forecast growth opportunities.
This time saving software was developed to help managers easily calculate and track commissions, bonuses, leasing incentives, and other rewards.
The Leasing Book tablet app was designed to put leasing tools into the palm of leasing agent's hands. It allows agents to capture guest card data, gather amenity preferences and assist with touring on the spot.
The self-scheduling widget creates a centralized, 24/7 shopping experience for website visitors. One of the most popular features is the ability to set appointments that synchronize with the agent's available time slots each day.
Our document management system was developed to simplify the lease application and documentation process with a streamlined digital management platform.
Chat was designed to engage website visitors with real-time chats that answer a list of common pre-programmed leasing questions. Live agents are then able to step in at any time and take over conversations when needed.
Spherexx completed Soc 1 Type II compliance certification for data confidence and consistency. SOC Compliance helps to enhance security, availability, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of our customer data.
ILoveLeasing® leasing automation was created to help streamline prospect communications, boost closing rates, automate guest card creation, and assist with appointment scheduling.
We launched a robust integration with OKTA in 2022, empowering customers with direct management of login and access through OKTA's identity and access management system and streamlined single sign-on capabilities.
In 2023, we elevated our content management system by adding ChatGPT. This integration helps streamline and scale the content creation process.
ILoveLeasing®launched its AI Digital Agent designed to interact with prospective residents through human-like conversations. It greets prospects, answers specific leasing questions, and schedules tours in conjunction with drip automation.
Spherexx launches Market Insights Snapshot, a fully automated market intelligence option that keeps users updated on market changes by providing live comp analytics, comparative rates, and per-unit availability.
Our enterprise resource planning solution applies data science to translate financial budgets into actionable operating goals. These goals are tracked through project management, incentive plans, and business intelligence to ensure asset returns are met.
