We are a marketing and technology company that offers a wide selection of professional services including website design & development, touch-screen kiosks, marketing services (logo design, branding, video/multimedia production,
3D animation, and copywriting), mobile technology, website & email hosting, remote backup storage, database solutions, lead tracking and sales closing tools, search engine positioning & optimization, e-commerce solutions and custom programming.

Account Executives
Spherexx.com is always interested in hiring customer-oriented professionals who have experience in customer service, sales and marketing in the real estate industry…OR you are totally inexperienced and really have great personality traits that will tell us you will “do what it takes” and always be inquisitive to learn with a desire to help us support existing customers and invite new customers to come on board. Spherexx.com specializes in the real estate industry including property management of multifamily assets, builders, developers of single family homes and condos as well as related industries like the healthcare and financial (mortgage) industry. We would prefer our account executives have at least 2 years sales and customer service experience with a quantifiable and verifiable track record. A certain part of every week will be dedicated to supporting existing customers, including follow-up with their experience with the Spherexx built products and services they are using. All our account executives are expected to meet sales goals, which requires prospecting and presentation skills as well as the ability to close on prospects. Verbal and written communications skills are a required skillset. There could be some travel involved as we solicit companies in the US and Canada.

Administrative Assistant
Spherexx.com is looking for an organized, professional, enthusiastic, hard-working and efficient "team player" to work full-time as an Office Assistant. We are a company that uses technology and marketing to increase our client’s sales and brand awareness, so we need all employees to know their way around the internet and be very comfortable searching and learning on the world wide web. Applicant must be comfortable around a computer, fluent in MS Office applications (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, along with basic database programs), have a friendly phone voice and demeanor, solid customer service skills, tactful, a high degree of common sense, good multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and quality data entry. Must have great concentration skills to be able to be interrupted and go right back to the task at hand. Candidate must be highly accountable, reliable and organized. We would prefer that you have some experience in an administrative role that will demonstrate your familiarity with office procedures and office software. Web Developers
Web Developers for full-time positions for a premier web development and internet marketing company. Position will assist with in-depth HTML web development. MUST have master-level knowledge of Photoshop & HTML. Would be useful to have experience with Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, ASP and SQL. Must be a self-starter, organized,
detailed and team oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to adhere to specific deadlines.
You will succeed and flourish here if you are inquisitive and eager to tackle new challenges and in this business you know everything in technology changes, so we have new things to incorporate into our websites every few months. If you read about a new product or technology and can think of a way to incorporate that into a service our clients will appreciate, then you will do very well here.

Web Application Developers
Spherexx.com is adding to our application development team and we are looking for programmers with experience developing web apps, however, we will also consider new programmers that have the ability to learn and study on their own to ramp up their skills to contribute to our development agenda. We do not build desktop apps – only web apps.
Candidates should have the following:
• Strong programming skills
• Knowledge of process automation
• Strong HTML Skills
• Knowledge of ASP, Javascript, VB and would be a positive if some experience with asp.net
• Knowledge of relational database design
• Knowledge of building SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience optimizing SQL databases for speed and efficiency
• Must be able to work independently, as well as work within a team
• Must assist in the development of best practices regarding technology and testing for system integrity
• Ability to write concisely and communicate progress with management and project managers
• Good estimation skills to provide reasonable estimates of coding projects
• Initiative and drive to innovate and determination to see ideas and projects through to completion
• Ability to work with timelines and multiple deadlines
• Experience debugging code
We would prefer a BS or MS degree in Computer Science with 3.3 GPA or higher.

Search Engine Strategist
Spherexx is a results oriented search marketing service provider with experience in both search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search services. Our clients include small, mid-size and multi-national organizations in the real estate, healthcare and financial services industries.
Responsibilities
- Review clients’ websites or new site documentation for search engine friendly principles
- Translate client’s marketing goals into successful key phrase and site strategies
- Troubleshoot search engine indexability issues
- Analyze competitive sites
- Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive search engine optimization recommendations
- Write site and search ad copy
- Develop linking strategies
- Maintain expertise on search engine news and trends
- Analyze traffic and/or rankings reports
- Mentor junior SEO specialists
- Develop expertise within client area of focus
- Assist the Account Manager on renewal activities
Education
- BA or BS required in Marketing, IT or a related field
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in Search Engine Optimization
- 2-4 years writing/editing web pages
